A Local's Viewpoint

I've lived on the west edge of Arbroath, near to 45 Commando. I've have been based here for most of my life, but have spent many years travelling the world with my work to Brazil, China, Nigeria and Norway.

Arbroath is a very typical Scottish seaside...a well know seaside resort, and a very nice place to live and visit.

Arbroath has had to develop in line with recent dramatic changes in the fishing industry, and is now focused on tourism.

Have a great time when you visit.

Jim.
